Ways of working together
Depending on each assignment, XP-NOVA works with its experts in several ways.
Salaried position
For the long-term functions of the firm and its divisions.
One-off assignment
For a study, an expert input or a field mission defined by terms of reference.
Framework agreement
For an expert called upon several times over a period, under conditions agreed once and for all.

How it works
- 1
You register your CV
A structured form with your CV attached: areas of expertise, experience, countries, donors, languages, availability. Allow about fifteen minutes.

We review your profile
Your record enters our database, managed in Odoo and kept up to date. Teams from all our divisions consult it when they put a team together.
- 3
We consult you
When an assignment, a tender or an expression of interest matches your profile, we contact you. Your CV is never put forward to a client or donor without your consent, given case by case.
- 4
We contract
If the assignment is confirmed, terms of reference, role, duration and conditions are agreed in writing before work starts.
What we expect from you
- An up-to-date CV, in French or English, stating for each assignment your role, the client or funder, the country and the year.
- Verifiable references: we may ask for certificates or a referee’s contact details.
- Honest availability: a CV put forward in a proposal commits the expert as much as the firm.
- An up-to-date profile: send the form again with the same e-mail address whenever your experience changes.
Your data
Your CV and data are kept in our applicant and expert database and may be used by all our divisions: AGROVITA, ODT, TECHNOLOGY and TRAINING. You may ask at any time to view, correct or delete them.
