Who we are
XP‑NOVA is an engineering and owner’s engineer (AMO) firm providing strategic advisory for sustainable and high‑impact projects in Cameroon and Sub‑Saharan Africa.
We design and support initiatives across territorial development, infrastructure, water and energy, health, education, agro‑industry, digital transformation, governance, and development finance.
Our mission
Support territories toward operational and financial autonomy by placing women, youth, and communities at the center of every project.
We deliver solutions that are useful, usable, and adapted—combining technical rigor, participation, and economic viability.
Convergence: how we secure success
